5 Tuesdays (March 23 - April 20) 7:00-8:30 pm

Join us for the five weeks meditation class. This class will explore different methods of meditation in order to enhance sitting meditation. You will learn how to improve sitting posture, how to chant and how to practice bow meditation.


We will practice meditation with body, speech and mind. It is an opportunity to learn basics of meditation in order to deepen and strengthen your practice.

Each session includes bowing, chanting and sitting meditation, Dharma Journal with Q & A.

Open to all who want to learn and practice meditation.
$50 Donation for 5 weeks ($40 members)
 
If you cannot make all 5 weeks, you can still participate as much as you can.
